My projects typically are about photographing interior and some exterior should if the surrounding isn’t bad.
For Central Residence my assignment was all about exterior and it took me a few trips to get it settled. I remember I had a recce trip with the developer, then actual visits to the place during different times of a day to get the photos – I typically avoid noon when the sun angle is right from the top and not the most pleasing to look at.
This photo on the right was taken on my final trip to the place, with my car parked at a school nearby and I walked along the road to find a suitable spot.
Admittedly it was quite dangerous as the location was at a curved stretch and there’s little to no room for pedestrians, after all it’s the way roads are in Malaysia where pedestrians are totally out of consideration.
